On the
1st Saturday of each month, we shoot at
Rick Conner's
Range,
located at 2704 County Road 460 in Lyons, Texas.
Main
Event: 50 shot (100 yd.)
CMP Sanctioned John C. Garand Match.
Registration begins at 8:30 AM.
First shots at
9:00 AM.
Garand Match Fee
is $60.00 for adults, $25.00 without ammo,
and $50.00 for Juniors, $15.00 without ammo.
Ammo fee includes 60 rounds of cal
.30 M2 or cal .30 carbine ammunition.
NOTE: Scores ARE
reported to the CMP.
Furthermore, persons who wish to shoot any safe, legal, smokless powder firearm
alongside the match are also welcome, subject to there being enough positions
available.
Fee is
$25.00 for adults and no charge for Junior shooters. Individuals may participate
as a Junior through Dec. 31st of the year of the 20th birthday.
If it is raining or has been, shooters should call
Rick Conner after 5:00 AM the morning of the match. Range flooding could cause
the
match to be cancelled.
